“The Caverly” - 39 East Bay Road, Limerick Township - 1000 square feet
The Caverly lakefront is great for families. There is plenty of room at the fire pit, a large deck by the lake that has 2 loungers and plenty of room for chairs, a swing suitable for children 2 years old and younger, a hammock, a series of docks with a shallow ladder. The lakefront boasts a 1 foot deep sandy bottom that is perfect for the youngsters. More confident swimmers will enjoy swimming from the end of the 44' dock to the swim raft that is usually anchored in about 10' deep water. The living room is situated at the far end of the cottage from the kids bedroom. It has 2 couches and a recliner and is a perfect area for playing games or conversing with friends.

Sleeping for 6 comfortably: 3 bedrooms - 1 queen, 1 queen, 1 set of bunk beds that are single over double
Kitchen: Includes stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and all dishes - blender too! Water cooler (bring your own blue 18 L jug or recyclable 15 L jug). The most common comment from our guests is 'these kitchens are so well equipped, we didn't need to bring a thing!'
